Determining the identity and designing the architectural patterns of residential units in the Argavan Village

The Argavan Village, located in the mountainous region of Torghabeh in Mashhad, covers an area of 144 hectares. It includes 1100 villa units, a central park, and other urban facilities needed for a residential complex managed by the Khorasan Province Engineering Organization.

The design of patterns and the determination of identity for residential units, along with planning and providing settlement patterns for residential units and construction regulations in steep terrain without harming the existing nature, were carried out by the Avijehmehr Consulting Engineers
